I would just like to Mention I've been on a Family Vacation just me (Mother ) and her two small Kids .They have been most welcoming , Friendly and kind assisting where needed and where they could . Would like to Mention a few Staff members as I have gotten to know their names being here almost the entire month of April with kids for School Holidays. I wanted something Close to amenities and Home as I'm from Blouberg with is not to far away about a 10 minutes drive . Meshonnon at Reception absolutely Terrific Person very kind and Helpful. Jeanette at Breakfast also Great . Room were Comfortable, Maid Service was and is good and The Manager on Duty Chad Hoffman Absolutely Terrific Person. They really make you feel right at home there are more names I could mention there Staff is Incredible which makes you want to come back every time .Canal Walk Mall is literally outside my room Safety is Good Aswell I have no worries , Medical Facilities Close by and the Hotel Grounds are Beautiful with Geese and Ducks there is a Heated Pool for Adults and Gym Aswell and a cold water for everyone Pool . Lovely, spacious and modern room. Perfect for a business trip with steady wi-fi and a 'desk' area. Lovely to relax then after a full day's work as well.

My wife and I opted to stay at an Island Club for the Christmas period, however, due to it usual regular hotel (Marriot) being fully booked, we opted for Island Club.
Unfortunately I must express that whilst the staff were friendly, the rooms were never cleaned to hotel standard, the breakfast area is extremely poor and lack space. There is also no restroom facility in the buffet area, so guests are forced to go up to their rooms if they require that.
Lastly the maintenance of our room was very poor.
